HSH CENTER
HSH Center is the heart of our operations. Our center has been slowly built since 2018 in the village of Makongeni, on the coast of Kenya. For us, HSH Center is a place where we work together, laugh, help, experience and develop.
HSH Center is the main project of our organization. Through HSH Center project, our goal is to influence the long-term development of our region by bringing the most critical services to those who need them the most.
HSH Center consists of an education center for girls, a clinic, a daycare for children with CP and developmental disabilities, a play school for 3-year-olds, as well as library and study room.
Our education center has been implemented in cooperation with Kalevala Koru.

OTHER PROJECTS
Education support programs
Our education support programs include HSH Feeding Program and HSH Trust. The goal of our projects is to help children go to school.
Workshops and trainings
Workshops and trainings include HSH Babyshower and HSH Girl’s & Boy’s Class projects. Our goal is to educate young people about sexual health and support mothers in a weaker position in matters related to pregnancy and motherhood.
Volunteering and student work
Our projects are run by volunteers. You can also come and do your internship or final thesis with us.
Other projects
Our other projects include for example Haki Kit, which aims to help children and young people who have experienced violence with their rights.
Corporate partnerships
With funding from Kalevala Koru, we have built and established an education center for girls and young women in the village of Makongeni. The training center is part of our HSH Center.
