HSH CENTER
DONATEHSH Center is the main project of our organization. Through HSH Center project, our goal is to influence the long-term development of our region by bringing the most critical services to those who need them the most.
HSH Center consists of an education center for girls, a clinic, a daycare for children with CP and developmental disabilities, a play school for 3-year-olds, as well as library and study room.
Our training center has been implemented in cooperation with Kalevala Koru.
HSH Health Clinic
HSH Health Clinic
The goal of the HSH Health Clinic project is to provide quality health services to the most disadvantaged families in the village of Makongeni and the surrounding areas. Our customers come to the clinic to seek help and treatment, e.g. for various infections, skin diseases, treating wounds and various tropical diseases. In addition, our clinic offers free contraceptive services, as well as general health advice on all questions related to health and well-being.
Our clinic serves people from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our clinic is managed by Cecilia, a local general practitioner.

HSH Daycare Center
HSH Day Care Center
Our HSH Day Care Center is a daycare for children with cp and intellectual disabilities, which operates in connection with our HSH center, in the village of Makongeni. In addition to daycare activities, our daycare offers children individual and group therapy, such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our purpose is to support children with special needs in learning and developing important skills.
HSH Children’s Playgroup
HSH Children’s Playgroup
HSH Children’s Playgroup is aimed at 3-year-old children who are supposed to start preschool in the next academic year. The goal of the project is to provide high-quality early childhood education and support for children.
Our early childhood education teacher Sumaiya runs the play school every day from morning to noon. The play school is free for its students. In addition to teaching and activities, the day also includes a portion of porridge.

HSH Library & Study Room
HSH Library & Study Room
The purpose of the library and study room project is to offer all children the opportunity to use textbooks and materials outside of teaching hours. The library found in our center is open to the village’s children, youth and adults. The library has textbooks, review books, novels, games and teaching aids.
We organize additional lessons, workshops and various trainings in our library. In addition, during the school holidays, we organize various holiday activities and lessons for children and young people of elementary and high school age.
