HOME STREET HOME’S STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT

Home Street Home is managed by an international board of management that operates between three countries. The Board oversees the activities and ensures that the organization is moving towards the objectives it has set itself. The Board is supported by a Home Street Home’s Committee, made up of local activists and village elders. The committee acts as an active link between the village community and the organization. Both the HSH Board and the HSH Committee members serve as volunteers.  

Home Street Home is guided by strategic objectives. Strategic objectives for the period 1/2023 – 12/2025: 

Target 1: All children receiving good quality education 

Target 2: All children with special needs live a life with dignity 

Target 3: All children receiving equal opportunities 

Target 4: All children being able to access health care services 

Target 5: To be ethical, responsible, and transparent organization
